Start by submitting the application form on our website. Our team will review your application and invite you to schedule a short intro call. From there, approved partners will receive a link to complete their setup fee. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive access to your portal to customize your storefront and prepare to launch in as little as 24 hours.
2.What does it cost to get started?
StaxRx offers two options depending on the level of customization and support your business needs. The Full Stack has a $1,000 setup fee and includes everything you need to launch a fully branded prescription wellness storefront—from your patient portal and provider network to pharmacy fulfillment, payment processing, and customer support. Plans are $250/month, or $200/month when paid annually ($2,400/year). The Enterprise Stack has a $30,000 setup fee and includes everything in the Full Stack, plus a fully custom-built website, dedicated implementation and account support, custom integrations, and marketing launch support. Plans are $3,000/month, or $2,500/month when paid annually ($30,000/year).

7.How quickly can I launch?
Most merchants can launch in as little as 24 hours after onboarding is complete and all required information has been submitted and approved.
8.Who reviews & approves the prescriptions?
An independent, licensed provider reviews every order and approval is always at the provider's discretion, based on the customer's medical intake.
9.What if I already have a website?
No problem. Your StaxRx storefront runs on your own branded address on our platform — like yourbrand.staxrx.com — so you can link to it right from your existing website. Your current site stays exactly as is.
10.Do I need to be a licensed medical provider to use StaxRx?
No. You run the brand and send customers to your storefront. All medical decisions are made by independent, licensed providers, and all prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies. You never practice medicine or handle prescriptions.
11.What if a customer isn't approved?
If a provider doesn't approve an order, the customer isn't charged for the treatment. There's nothing for you to manage, the review and outcome are handled for you.
12.Who supports my customers after they place an order?
Customers can log into their patient portal and message their provider directly for any medical or treatment-related questions. For everything else, our customer support team operates behind your brand to assist with order status, shipping, portal access, account issues, and other logistical needs. You get to offer a complete customer experience without having to manage customer service yourself.
13.Do I have to manage providers or pharmacies?
No. StaxRx partners with independent licensed provider networks and pharmacies that handle clinical care, prescribing, and pharmacy fulfillment. Our platform brings the experience together, while our customer support team handles non-medical questions so you can focus on growing your business.
14.How does StaxRx stay compliant?
Compliance is built into the StaxRx platform from the start. We use HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and partner with independent licensed provider networks and licensed pharmacies to support the clinical and fulfillment sides of the experience. StaxRx also maintains LegitScript certification and provides a platform designed with the regulatory requirements of prescription-based telehealth in mind.
15.Am I responsible if something goes wrong medically?
No. Independent licensed providers are responsible for clinical decisions, and licensed pharmacies are responsible for dispensing. StaxRx coordinates the infrastructure. Your role is your brand and your customers.
